MY BACKGROUND

I am a software developer with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Security and a background in technical support, SaaS, AI evaluation, and computer science education.

My development work includes authenticated applications, relational data, CRUD workflows, Row Level Security, automated testing, responsive interfaces, accessibility, and production deployment.

Support and teaching experience sharpened how I investigate failures, test assumptions, document decisions, and design for the person using the product.

Software Development

React and TypeScript applications with authentication, relational data, Row Level Security, Git-based delivery, and an automated regression suite in the Student Progress Tracker.

Technical Support + IT

Systematic troubleshooting, issue isolation, SaaS support, telecommunications technology, documentation, and communication under pressure.

Computer Science Education

Python instruction, curriculum architecture, assessment design, debugging pedagogy, and translating complex concepts into usable steps. Python Foundations case study →

AI Evaluation + Data Quality

Careful review of model output, instruction following, accuracy, consistency, edge cases, and the quality of user-facing technical content.

HOW I WORK

Build thoughtfully. Verify deliberately.

I am most effective when I can connect product needs, technical implementation, and the human experience of using the result.

01

Understand

Clarify the user, the problem, the constraints, and what a useful result must accomplish.

02

Build

Break the work into manageable features and implement with readable, maintainable structure.

03

Test

Check behavior, edge cases, accessibility, data handling, and production conditions.

04

Communicate

Document decisions, explain tradeoffs, and make the work understandable to technical and nontechnical audiences.

EDUCATION + CREDENTIALS

Technical foundation with teaching depth.

My IT degree is the technical foundation; the education credentials reinforce communication, learning design, and domain knowledge for technology products.
